  21. Provide 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  22. Take 2 tbsp of vinegar.

Instructions to make Chilli Chicken:

  1. In a clean bowl add chicken, corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper, vinegar and garlic ginger paste and mix. Note: the layer of this mixture on the chicken should be consistent i.e. not too viscous..

  3. Add oil in a pan and warm it on medium-low flame.

  8. Add soy sauce and mix the sauce.

  11. Add chilli paste and mix until a smooth gravy is ready.
  12. Now fry the marinated chicken in a separate frying pan until golden brown.
  13. Add the fried chicken to the gravy and mix till the gravy is evenly mixed with the chicken on low flame.
  14. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the gravy after transferring into the serving dish.
